Pre-Purchase Inspection

Leak Detection Inspection

If your fiberglass pool is losing water and you don’t know where it’s going, a leak detection inspection pinpoints the source. We pressure-test every plumbing line and visually inspect the shell with cameras and diving equipment. Once the leak is identified, you receive a quote to fix the problem.

Insurance Pool Inspection

Many insurance policies require a fiberglass pool inspection before binding or renewing coverage. We produce the detailed condition report your carrier needs, including pressure-test results and photo documentation of the shell.

Pre-Purchase Pool Inspection

Buying a home with a fiberglass pool? Before you close, get an independent inspection of the shell, plumbing, and finish. We identify cracks, blisters, bulges, delamination, and other issues a standard home inspector will miss — so you can negotiate repairs or walk away with confidence.

Getting Started is Easy

Getting a quote shouldn’t require days of back-and-forth. Our process is designed to be fast, transparent, and easy — whether you’re in Texas, Tennessee, or anywhere in between.

How long does a fiberglass pool inspection take?

Most inspections take 2–4 hours on site, depending on the pool size and whether we need to drain sections for a closer look. We typically deliver the written report within 48 hours.

Usually no. Most inspections are completed with the pool full using underwater cameras and diving equipment. We only drain when a detailed shell assessment is needed.

Cost varies by pool size, location, and scope (pre-purchase vs. insurance vs. leak detection). Request a quote for an exact number for your situation.
